Denver’s INDUSTRY Phase 3 has begun! INDUSTRY Phase 3 will be a 3-story, 300 space parking structure above 2 levels of office space adjacent to the existing phase 1 & 2 office building which has 120,000 sq ft of collaborative office space and amenities. Phase 1 & 2 were retrofitted into an existing industrial clay masonry warehouse structure and phase 3 is being built into the footprint of the existing portion of warehouse structure that was torn down for the placement of this mixed-use garage.
Phase 1 & 2 office building will be connected to the Phase 3 via two passageways. Keeping in tune with the industrial theme of the surrounding River North neighborhood and adjacent warehouse structure, the exterior facade of the office space will be a two story aluminum storefront system with an abundance of glass, and the concrete parking structure above will be clad with interlocking aluminum metal panels.
