The site consists of 21 acres of waterfront property spanning 9 city blocks. The project is comprised of over 3 million sq ft of LEED certified office space, luxury residences, boutique hotels, spas and upscale restaurants fronted by a 6 acre deep water yachting marina.

Beneath this massive development, a well planned and programmed continuous, 3 level, 750,000 square feet parking facility will provide 2,100 spaces entirely below grade and sea-level for the Patrons of Fan Pier’s upscale retail, business, residential and marina amenities.

DESMAN’s roles include the Prime Parking Consultant for the parking master plan and Parking consultant/designer for each contiguous component.

Third Avenue Parking Garage Restoration

DESMAN provided restoration services on this 6 Level structure. The structure consists of cast-in-place conventionally reinforced concrete floor slabs supported by cast-in-place conventionally reinforced concrete beams and columns.
