Description: Located southwest of Morse and Steltzer Roads on the east side of Columbus, the new Easton Town Center features a 30 screen movie theater and approximately 400,000 GSF of retail space. Two new parking structures, “A” and “B” will flank the west and east sides, respectively, of the Town Center Complex. Total car capacity of the two garages is approximately 3,500 spaces, about evenly divided between the two structures. Each garage consists of cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete floor slabs and beams. The “A” garage is 6 bays wide on 4 supported levels while the “B” garage is 8 bays wide on 3 supported levels. The project was delivered on a design/build basis. Through the Owner, others provided the basic parking functional system, including internal signage and graphics.
